Been trying to make Toad look... More real? Less of a super terrifying villain that'd make people quake in their boots and more of a mish mash of his different versions throughout comic history. Yes, he's still a massive british assholes but he's less serious and still incredibly dangerous as an enemy.

Also his mission suit is more realistic cause lets be honest, he'd have more access to militia/military type equipment and clothing and would only get a real superhero/villain suit if he joined an organization with the resources.
